PETALING JAYA: Shalin Zulkifli came up short in her bid to win the World Bowling Tour (WBT) finals in the United States. Shalin, a former World Bowler of the Year, found herself playing catch up from the start as she struggled to get connecting strikes. McEwan and Shalin earned US$7,500 (RM31,000) and US$5,000 (RM21,000) respectively. All my four strikes in the match came from the left,” Shalin lamented. Shalin will now switch her focus to the all-important World Championships in Las Vegas from Nov 24-Dec 6.
