British Foreign Secretary Boris Johnson will arrive in Dhaka on Friday on a two-day visit to discuss bilateral and regional issues with special focus on the Rohingya crisis. We have a very close relationship with the UK,” Foreign Minister AH Mahmood Ali told reporters at the Foreign Ministry on Thursday. After 10 long years, a British foreign secretary will be visiting Bangladesh. Former foreign secretary David Miliband had visited Dhaka in 2008. Boris Johnson will visit the Rohingya camps in Cox’s Bazar to see the situation on the ground.
