The Libyan News Agency of Al-Thanni government in the east has reported that Benghazi police department has caught some of the city’s cops red-handed as they were trying to sell a car from the Benghazi Security Department in the market. The news agency reported the head of the media office of the criminal investigation department, Walid Al-Arfi, said the city’s police patrols busted the cops after they tried to steal a Toyota pertaining to the department.
