A couple who declared they were not in a relationship have unjustly claimed nearly $130,000 of benefit payments, despite being married. Michael Shane Proctor will spend the next two years and six months behind bars, while his wife Angela Josephine Wilson serves six months' home detention. Wilson is convicted of overpayments totalling $26,198, which she obtained over six years, according to sentencing notes released to Stuff.
