Belgica, a Born Again pastor, is the father of Greco Belgica, commissioner of the Presidential Anti-Corruption Commission. Belgica was once tagged as the Philippines’ most notorious delinquent during the administration of late dictator Ferdinand Marcos. Meanwhile, Duterte also appointed Mudjib Compania Abu as a member of the Bangsamoro Transition Authority, replacing the late Ghazali Jaafar who died in March of this year. He also appointed Fernando Borja as special envoy to Japan for business and investment promotion.
