Dr. Bawumia was accompanied by the Education Minister, Dr. Matthew Opoku Prempeh, aka Napo; the Ashanti Regional Minister, Simon Osei-Mensah, and other top NPP members in Kumasi. According to him, Prophet Mohammed exhibited peace, unity, love and all the good things that one can imagine. “… So I am urging Muslims to learn from Prophet Mohammed and better our lives,” he added. In the course of the event, the National Chief Imam was joined by other clerics to pray fervently for President Akufo-Addo, Dr. Bawumia, government officials and Ghanaians in general.
