Bangalore-based footballer Brishti Bagchi is most likely to become the first Indian woman to play in the Spanish League. On completing school, Brishti furthered her plans to move overseas to pursue higher education as she realised international exposure would enable her to become a classy player. According to Brishti, her transfer as a student-athlete helped her work on the importance of following the game tactically.
