A refugee arrested for raping a suspected drunk stranger in Central earlier this month was brought to the Eastern Magistrates' Courts today. Obi Collins, 36, is accused of raping woman "X" at the staircase on the fifth floor of Fai Man Building on Li Yuen Street West on July 1. The case was adjourned until September 15 for the police to conduct further investigations and the defendant was released on a cash bail of HK$10,000. He was ordered to not contact prosecution witnesses, not leave Hong Kong and report to the police three times a week.
