In his complaint, he alleged that the ward Aaya (helper) had told his wife that she was blessed with a male child. He said they went in for a DNA test to confirm the child's paternity, but it had come out negative. He further alleged that hospital staff had swapped their male child with a newborn girl. He said summons would be issued to parents who refuse to provide samples. "If they do not provide the samples even then, court proceedings would be initiated against them," he added.
