Logo of BTRCFor entry, the selected individuals will have to show the confirmation e-mail along with the NID, says a BTRC notice in this regardThe Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission (BTRC) has announced that it will hold a public hearing on March 30 on subscribers’ complaints and suggestions about mobile phone services. To participate in the event, interested mobile subscribers would need to get registered and the registration forms were available on the BTRC website, www.btrc.gov.bd, BTRC Senior Assistant Director Zakir Hossain Khan told Dhaka Tribune. The public hearing would be held at 10:00am at the Institution of Engineers, Bangladesh (IEB) auditorium at Ramna in Dhaka. The upcoming public hearing would be the third of its kind after the hearings on November 22, 2016 and June 12, 2019. At the public hearing, the subscribers will be allowed to share their experiences and express opinions on any telecommunication issues including internet speed, call drop, voice call and network coverage.
