Deputy Commissioner SM Alam said, “A court order in relation to a case by the Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) directed the move to confiscate the lands here grabbed by Khoka.”The lands in several places of the Upazila had been demarcated few days back. Later Khoka was informed as per the rules. After following all legal procedures, confiscation signboard has been hanged in the location on Sunday evening, the DC added.
