According to the announcement, a rally was supposed to be held in front of the BNP central office at Nayapaltan around 2pm. “We waited for a long time last night to see if we would get permission,” Rizvi said. They do not have the courage to allow BNP to hold the protest rally. Water tanks, armoured vehicles and a prison van were seen near the BNP office.
