A total of 11 teams will take part in the league – Farashganj Sporting Club, Young Men’s Fakirerpool, T&T Club, Uttar Baridhara, Feni Soccer Club, Agrani Bank, Swadhinata Krira Sangha, Wari Club and Nabagata Dhaka City FCThe transfer formalities of the second tier Bangladesh Championship Football League, scheduled to kick off on February 4 this year, started Saturday and will close on January 25. A total of 11 teams will take part in the league – Farashganj Sporting Club, Young Men’s Fakirerpool, T&T Club, Uttar Baridhara, Feni Soccer Club, Agrani Bank, Swadhinata Krira Sangha, Wari Club and Nabagata Dhaka City FC. None of the 11 clubs however, signed any player on the opening day of the transfer window. The league will be played in accordance with the double round-robin system. Only the champion will be promoted to the tier and no foreign players will be allowed to participate in the league.
