The minority leader in the National Assembly Opiyo Wandayi has welcomed the court ruling against the CAS positions. Wandayi is clear that court is coming out clearly a defender of justice and this extremely welcome. Interestingly, it's clear that Azimio-OKA have never agreed with the supreme Court ruling that approved Ruto's election. The government has however affirmed that they will appeal the ruling of the High Court of Kenya at the court of appeal. It's a matter of time before Kenyans know the truth of that the CASs will be doing after court ruling.
