The High Court has ruled that president Ruto was wrongly sued in the appointment of CAS positions. High Court has affirmed that the Public Service Commission was the body that ought to have been sued. It's therefore expected that the Public Service Commission will in future follow the law when making this approvals. President Ruto however has been exonerated by the court as a clean leader who did his job courtesy of the advice he received from Public Service Commission.
