MALACCA: State DAP liaison committee secretary Khoo Poay Tiong (pic) has lodged a police report against a farmer over allegations of cheating. The report was lodged at the Melaka Tengah police station in Banda Kaaba here on Saturday. Khoo, who is also Ayer Keroh assemblyman, said the police report was made to clear his name. He said he will file a defamation suit against the individual whom he claimed made a false police report in Dec 14, last year. He claimed due to the false report, the matter was raised at the state legislative assembly sitting in March.
