IPOH: About 15,000 people participated in the Ipoh Starwalk 2017 here on Sunday. Participants cheered in delight as they were flagged off by Perak executive council member Datuk Dr Mah Hang Soon at the Perak Turf Club at 7.15am. While some were brisk walking, there were also those who took off in a flash. Many participants had arrived as early as 5.30am to register themselves before taking part in the 7km fun walk. Various games and refreshment booths as well as variety shows await participants when they cross the finish line.
