But Auckland Council announced on Friday afternoon that it will now challenge the findings. The Auckland Council's planning committee voted on Thursday to take legal action, but a report from officers on the issue remains under wraps. In October 2020, Tyler said the Drury private plan changes would ultimately have to be decided by the courts.
