Migrant tents on Merrion Square next to Government Buildings and Taste of DublinA camp of around 40 tents of asylum seekers who had camped on Merrion Square overnight has been moved by gardai this morning. The men had pitched the tents late yesterday evening across from the Merrion Street side of Government Buildings. At around 9am gardai started to arrive and asked the men to leave the area, directing them to the International Protection Office on Mount Street. Tents belonging to migrants seeking international protection pitched on Merrion Square in fron of Leinster House and The Taste of Dublin.
