British Airways has pulled all services to five Middle Eastern destinations and Israel, citing 'instability' in regional airspace during the war. Qantas does not fly to the Middle East, but has a codeshare partnership with Emirates. Hong Kong-based airline Cathay Pacific is also offering flights from Sydney to London for nearly $40,000 in April. More than 27,000 flights across the Middle East have been cancelled since the US-Israeli strikes on Iran on February 28. US President Donald Trump has vowed the war is now 'pretty much' over, however time will only tell for those stranded in the Middle East as airspace instability continues.
