Sources said that Singh - who is considered close to chief minister Nitish Kumar - has hired a senior Patna High Court advocate to fight his sons' case. "The two youths can get bail if they surrender before the chief judicial magistrate's court," explained Patna High Court advocate S.K. "Also, the two persons can get bail if the lawyer moves an anticipatory bail in court seeking bail in the case." During her meeting with MLC Singh as well, she stood her ground and said she would not withdraw her case though she had no problem with him.
