Our Special CorrespondentRabindra Sarobar: A man was arrested in the Rabindra Sarobar area on Wednesday under the Pocso Act. A girl's family lodged a complaint with Rabindra Sarobar police station on Wednesday alleging Mandal, their neighbour, had taken photographs of the girl on his mobile phone while she was bathing. "It appears the girl had not reported the first incident to her parents. When she spotted him repeating the act, she told her parents on Wednesday. The parents then filed a complaint," an officer said.
