Nairobi chief magistrate Daniel Ogembo issued a warrant of arrest against Kabura on Friday. He further directed that all the accused persons in the matter appear in court next week on Tuesday. In the matter, the prosecution has opposed the application by the accused persons, arguing that they should take plea. Chief NYS scandal suspect Josephine Kabura is being sought after she failed to show up again for the mention of a case where she and others are facing charges of money laundering. The 11, among them Gethi, his mother Charity, lawyer Patrick Ogolla, Josephine Kabura and others are meant to answer charges following theft of Sh791 million NYS cash.
