"There is nothing at Galana Kulalu, the project flopped.All they have succeeded in is rampant corruption which is their flagship project,"he added. Ugunja MP Opiyo Wandayi on Wednesday castigated the Uhuru Kenyatta-led government saying it excels only in corruption. He added that the Galana-Kulalu irrigation project which is a partnership between Kenya and Israel has flopped and that is why the visiting Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu could not visit the place. Speaking during a breakfast show on Radio Maisha, Wandayi said most of the projects such as road constructions and the Standard Gauge Railway project were initiated by the grand coalition government and therefore should not be claimed by Jubilee.
