Athletes manager Federico Rosa was on Friday released on a sh300,000 bond and his plea deferred on doping allegations but will be under one Kenyan contact person. The prosecution said they need more time to get medical records of the complainant before they charge the suspect. Rosa is being investigated for conspiracy to cause injuries to the reputation of some athletes under his management through doping, causing them not to be able to attend IAAF races. Rosa manages most of the country’s top athletes,some who have been banned for anti-doping violations, including Rita Jeptoo.
