Graduate in biology“Shiv Pratap Singh alias Raju was arrested on January 23, and a loaded pistol and five live cartridges were seized. He is an accused in three other cases under the Arms Act,” said Deputy Commissioner of Police (Special Cell) P. S. Kushwah. The Special Cell had arrested four members of the syndicate earlier. Shiv introduced Raju to other criminals, including Rifakat, and they started supplying arms to them.
