The accused, a resident of Badli area, was arrested and produced before the Duty Magistrate on Sunday, they said, adding that the woman kidnapped the boy as she could not have children. The police said the boy was reported missing from the weekly market in the evening on January 26. She spotted the boy playing in the market while his mother was busy shopping. She grabbed the boy and took him home.”
