Panic has hit the IEBC days to the detailed judgment by the Supreme Court that indicted the commission and nullified the reelection of President Uhuru Kenyatta. On September 1, the Supreme Court said the electoral commission did not conduct the General Election in accordance with the Constitution. NASA has been pushing for criminal prosecution of some staff, notably CEO Ezra Chiloba, for bungling the election. The full judgment is expected to indicate the particulars of irregularities and illegalities committed by IEBC officers handling the polls. On Wednesday NASA principal Moses Wetang'ula said they have identified IEBC officials who should face criminal prosecution.
