Advincula, who allegedly defrauded Ardeur World of over P300,000 by leaving staff salaries and pageant winner prizes unpaid, was ordered by the Justice department to answer the accusation. The alleged uploader, Rodel Jayme, was arrested a few days before Advincula surfaced and was charged with inciting to sedition. Jayme, who has said that he was merely hired to set up a website, pleaded not guilty on Tuesday. He admitted to creating the metrobalita.net website, where the series of Youtube clips presented by a hooded man who introduced himself as ‘Bikoy’ were uploaded.
