MCDONALD’S McDelivery service has gone online since July 1. Currently, 30% of McDonald’s restaurants offer McDelivery service and the coverage area is expected to grow. McDonald’s number, 1300 13 1300, will be a dedicated customer support channel to help customers place their McDelivery order online. “At McDonald’s, we are committed to enriching customer experience, and we are excited to do so by moving towards 100% McDelivery online service in Malaysia,” McDonald’s Malaysia managing director Azmir Jaafar said. Customers can now enjoy their favourite McDonald’s meals right at their fingertips via www.mcdelivery.com.my or simply by downloading the McDelivery mobile application from Google Play or App Store.
