Credit: Niantic LabsThere are a bunch of new Pokémon in Pokémon GO, and four of them are weird. On its face, this is definitely one of the more complicated evolution methods the game has given us so far. The special item in question is not just an evolution power-up like a sun stone or what have you, but an entirely different item with an ostensibly different purpose. If you see a special lure active on your map, it gives you a reason to get up and check it out. But I'm actually sort of coming around to the way it's working.
