As MLB concessions gets more technologically advanced, Chicago-based Levy — a leading stadium concession provider — uses its analytical arm, E15, to help drive decisions about stadium concessions. Levy helped the Tampa Bay Rays turn Tropicana Field into the first cashless stadium, then took Mercedes-Benz Stadium cashless, the largest stadium to do so. From Flippy to mobile ordering and from fan-friendly pricing to self-service kiosks, decisions about implementing new technology happens based on data from E15. “We definitely have partners who like to be first movers,” says Jaime Faulkner, E15 CEO.
