A photo circulating on social media shows a tourist boat catching fire on Ha Long Bay in Quang Ninh Province, northern Vietnam on February 27, 2026At around 5:00 pm, the Signature QN-7269 vessel was near Co Cave when flames broke out. The boat was carrying 30 tourists and 11 crew members. The captain and crew quickly organized an evacuation, transferring everyone safely off the vessel with support from nearby forces.
