Vice President of the Presidential Council (PC), Abdullah Al-Lafi, held talks on Wednesday with the Italian Ambassador to Libya, Giuseppe Grimaldi that focused on the political developments in Libya. The two sides reviewed the outcome of the preparatory forum for national reconciliation, which took place last week, with the participation of various political parties. Grimaldi deemed the forum an "important and successful" step as he praised the PC's efforts in this direction. He also reaffirmed his country's support for all efforts supporting stability in Libya, leading to the elections.
