Few hours after fourteen persons lost their lives in a ghastly motor accident In Osun state, a fresh lone incident of such was again recorded on Sunday along Gbongan- Osogbo road leaving two persons dead. The federal road officer who further revealed that, another accident that involved two vehicles occurred at Eleweran, ife- Osogbo road at 2.09 P.M of the same day, gave the involved vehicles makers as a truck with registration number KNT -245XP and a Mercedes Benz salon car with registration number, BM-307AKD. Mrs Ogungbemi however said that nobody lost lives in the vehicles but two persons injured had been taken to the OAUTHC, Ile- Ife for medical attention. She, therefore, charged motorists to be more safety-conscious during this festive period when the vehicular movement will be more on the highways.
