First to perform is last year’s third-placer University of the East (UE) Pep Squad followed by the University of the Philippines (UP) Pep Squad, runner-up University of Sto. Tomas (UST) Salinggawi Dance Troupe, De La Salle University Animo Squad, National University (NU) Pep Squad, Ateneo De Manila University Blue Babble Battalion, Far Eastern University (FEU) Cheering Squad and defending champion Adamson Pep Squad. The NU Pep Squad is keen to redeem itself after last year’s fifth place finish with FEU Cheering Squad. Also shooting for a return to the podium is former powerhouse and eight-time titlist UP Pep Squad that finished sixth last year.
