The environmental activist is seeking judicial review of the decision by the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) not to charge Detective Constable Jim Boyling, one of several officers who infiltrated campaign groups deemed radical by Scotland Yard in the 1980s and 1990s. Between 1995 and 2000 Mr Boyling began relationships with three women he had been sent to spy on, one of them lasting nine years.
