Conflict in different parts of the country is taking away the lives of teachers and destruction of their properties, teachers told the prime minister. The prime minister boldly told participants of the meeting that what has happened in Tigray is wrong. People from Zalambessa region of Tigray stopped government forces from leaving the area on alleged grounds of possible vulnerability of Tigray, which the prime minister dismissed as baseless.
