Wajir Governor Ahmed Abdullahi on Tuesday dared his opponents to match his development record before they run for against him. The Wajir governor post will be hotly contested next year with clan and political affiliations being used to rally behind candidates. In April during his maiden tour in the region, President Uhuru Kenyatta praised Wajir county for prudently using resources allocated to it. He said he will be relocating to the new county headquarters at the end of this month. Abdullahi spoke in Wajir town after commissioning various development plans.
