In Kushtia, two persons were killed and 48 injured after a bus overturned in Satmail area of Mirpur in the morning, Mirpur police OC Rafiqul Islam told the Dhaka Tribune. Meanwhile, a passenger was killed and 38 others sustained injuries as a picnic bus fell into a roadside ditch in Brahmankanda area of Faridpur early on Saturday. In Munshiganj, the driver of a CNG autorickshaw was killed after the vehicle collided head-on with a battery-run easy bike in Sukhabaspur area under Rampal Union on Saturday morning. In Bogra, two people were killed and 40 others injured in two separate incidents in Shajahanpur on Friday night. Within a couple of hours, another head-on collision between a bus and a truck left 10 people injured in nearby Tengramagur Baburpukur area.
