(Photo: Lillian Reed, Evening Sun)A 6-year-old child is expected to live after being hit by a vehicle at the Spring Grove soccer fields in North Codorus Township Friday evening, police said in a news release Saturday. The child is in stable condition and the injuries appear to no longer be life threatening, police state in the release. According to its website, the soccer complex is home to the Spring Grove Soccer Association, a nonprofit youth soccer organization that opens itself up to players from around York County.
