State Minister for Power, Energy and Mineral Resources Aninda Islam Amit spoke to reporters after visiting the programme site ahead of Prime Minister Tarique Rahman's upcoming visit to Jashore. Aninda said the Prime Minister will travel to Ulashi in Sharsha Upazila from Jashore Airport on the morning of April 27. He added that the Prime Minister will later lay the foundation stone of Jashore Medical College Hospital. In continuation of that, the Prime Minister will lay the foundation stone of this hospital," he added. Later, he visited the proposed site for the Jashore Medical College Hospital and the Ulashi Canal area in Sharsha Upazila.
