देख (जैसे कोई खोटा सिक्का काम नहीं आता, उसी प्रकार खोटे किए कामों का) खोटा संस्कार-लेख भी काम नहीं आता ॥१॥ हे नानक जी! The Yogi is blind, and does not know the Way. He alone is a Qazi, who turns away from the world, And who, by Guru’s Grace, remains dead while yet alive. One who reads and understands is acceptable. Upon his forehead is the Insignia of the Court of the Lord.
