AdvertisementNEW DELHI (METRO RAIL NEWS): The National High-Speed Rail Corporation (NHSRCL) has released a technical bid for the track work (MAHSR T-2 package)contract for the Mumbai-Ahmedabad High-Speed Bullet Train Project NHSRCL said on August 24, 2021, that four prominent Indian firms have submitted proposals in response to a tender notice published in January 2021. Scope of WorkDesign Supply and Construction of tracks and track related works including Testing and commissioning on a Design-Build Lump price basis for Double line Speed Railway between zaroli village at Maharashtra- Gujrat border (MAHSR Km 156.600) and Vadodra (MAHSR km 393.700) in the state of Gujrat and the Union Territory of Dadra and Nagar Haveli for the project for the construction of Mumbai- Ahmedabad High-Speed Rail (Package no. MAHSR T-2)BiddersIrcon International LimitedLarsen & Toubro LimitedNCC- Rahee JVAfcons – Texmaco JVTender for the above contract package was invited in January 2021 with the estimated completion of work deadline of 7.5 years (2738 days). Now, bids have been sending for technical evaluation and once the evaluation is completed, NHSRCL will open the financial bids to announce the name of the winner (lowest bidder) of the contract. On August 24, 2021, NHSRCL has issued a tender notice for track work contract package T-3 for Design, Supply and Construction of Track and Tracks related work including Testing and Commissioning on Design Bild lump sum price basis for Double line High-Speed Railway between Vadodara (MAHSR km 393.700) and Sabarmati Depot and Workshop (MAHSR km 509.875)
