The paper also stresses that Paul Biya has accustomed Cameroonians with a habit of not returning home whenever he attends the summit of Heads of States out of the African continent.

The course was designed to standardize reporting formats for information collected during military operations and that is provided to the Maritime Operations Center ensuring efficiency during the processing of all information. "This course assists our maritime operations center personnel by being able to process information from littoral forces. "This training ties our units together so we can support each other and make information move more quickly up and down," said EV1 Max Sieyoji, a student-officer taking part in the training. The event, supported by Africa Partnership Station, is the first joint intelligence engagement in West Africa.

This volume is in increase by 4.1% compared to the 10.8 million tons processed in 2014. As a reminder, based on APN’s own declaration, the Douala Port has a capacity of 10 million tons, which is largely exceeded. To achieve this, the government built the deep water port of Kribi, whose commissioning is expected this year. According to experts, this new port has the largest draught in West Africa.

Cameroon has taken up various arms against cyber crime, including the creation by a presidential decree in 2010 of the National Agency for Information and Communication Technologies (ANTIC). This and other security techniques against cyber crime have earned Cameroon the 15th position in the world and the fifth in Africa. ANTIC Director General, Dr. Ebot Ebot Enaw, who made the disclosure, was addressing participants at one-week workshop in Buea from September 19-24, 2016. The human element was identified as the weakest link in the cyber security chain.
