Form one students, lower sixth and newcomers in some boarding schools, supposed to resume before the official date have started taking off for school too. According to Anita, a holiday maker we met at one of the travel agencies travelling to Bamenda, it might seem early for holiday makers to go back home but in her opinion, it will give her ample time to prepare for the D-day, 5th September 2016. In the meantime, the Ministry, pedagogic administrators, parents and students are all teaming up for the start of the 2016 school year.

The Minister of Mines, Industry and Technological Development, Jean Ernest Ngale Bibehe told stakeholders while presiding over a meeting to explain the new dispensation in Yaounde. The director of promotion and capacity development at the Minister of Mines, Industry and Technological Development, Emmanuel, Thesami Mbah outlined what actually is expected from importers and exporters. Cameroonian authorities at the port of entry will verify the authenticity of the documents before the goods are allowed to enter the country. It also seeks to enhance the productivity of local enterprises who are now expected to respect conformity standards before exporting.

Reports indicate that the notorious gang was uncovered at a club at the Akwa neigbourhood feasting after one its fruitful missions. Accordingly, their location was disclosed to the forces of law and order by a young girl believed to be one of the many victims of these wrongdoers. The girl immediately alerted the gendarmerie unit after discovering a clandestine transport car used by the five for their operations. With this information at hand, elements of the Mobile Intervention Unit (GMI) in Douala 2 were immadiately deployed leading to the subsequent arrest of the suspects.

Lejeune Mbella Mbella, MINREXThey have presented the advanced copies of their letters of credence to the Minister of External Relations in Yaounde. The first was the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Belgium to Cameroon 43 year old Stephane Doppagne. Before his appointment he was the consul General of Belgium to Lumumbashi in the democratic republic of Congo. The second is the ambassador of Angola to Cameroon, Chad and Gabon - Toko Djakenga Serao who is resident in Libreville-Gabon.
