The Deputy Prime Minister said the complaints were among 249 which RoS had received, all made by Pribumi members themselves. RoS has the responsibility to look into allegations of breach in party constitution. “They are not to be blamed if members are unhappy that the leadership did not follow the party constitution, the very same constitution which they themselves determined,” said the Deputy Prime Minister. Grant Thornton had submitted a full report of the CEC re-election through a letter dated Nov 27, 2017. The DAP held its congress on Nov 12 last year to elect a new CEC, after its 2013 list was rejected by the RoS.
