The Ministry of Youth in the Government of National Unity has launched a new initiative called "Riwaq Al-Shabab" (Youth Dialogue Space) — a cultural platform built around lectures and discussion sessions aimed at broadening young people’s understanding of national and historical issues. The programme seeks to revive national memory by highlighting key moments in Libya’s struggle history, and by exploring the political and intellectual forces that helped shape the country’s path and their impact at both regional and international levels. It also aims to open new avenues of knowledge for young people, encouraging constructive dialogue and the exchange of views, and fostering critical thinking and a culture of responsible debate. The Ministry of Youth said the initiative fits within its broader vision to empower young Libyans intellectually, preparing a conscious generation able to participate effectively in shaping the future and contributing positively to national development.
