THE contributions of two selfless people were recognised by the Penang Council of Datuk-Datuk during its Patrons’ Night. Form Six student Choong Hui Li was presented with the Outstanding Youth award for her charity work at Mount Miriam Cancer Hospital. She received a certificate, a pewter plaque and RM3,000 at the Eastern and Oriental (E&O) Hotel Penang recently.
