Mother-of-two Levi Ogden was found seriously injured on Silver Street, in Halifax town centreA young mother-of-two posted a haunting photo of her smiling next to a man on a night out - just six hours before he allegedly murdered her in an 'altercation.' The pictures uploaded to Facebook show Levi Ogden, 26, next to Lloyd Birkby, with the caption saying 'Date night, first one in forever.' Just hours later the mother-of-two died after she was found seriously injured on Silver Street, Halifax town centre, in the early hours of Sunday morning. Lloyd Birkby, 26, will appear before Bradford Magistrates Court tomorrow morning charged with her murder. The money will be used for Miss Ogden's funeral service and towards caring for her two very young children.
